I work primarily with acrylic paint on canvas. I am interested in color and how it can be used to express abstract ideas and emotions. I experiment with brush strokes and layering of paint and water to achieve a variety of effects. Some of my works are geometric, some are abstract expressions of water or landscape, and some are more inward expressions of emotions or ideas, translated into color. The paintings I plan to display at Arlington Open Studios range in size from 8” x 8” to 16” x 20” with larger works available on commission. Thank you for considering my work.
