Ancient interpretation of the forces of nature, or of spacesuit clad visitors to early man? Ancient alien lore (real or not) is fascinating. Pick up this unique piece that would stop Giorgio Tsoukalos in his tracks. This piece is comprised to two components, the ancient alien statue, and throne. Sculpted within virtual reality (using Oculus Medium), the piece was 3D printed, and then painted using airbrush acrylics, bronze paint with patina, and an oil paint wash. A realistic stone texture, a touch of tarnished bronze flourish, and grimey recesses give this statuette a timeless feel.
