I am an artist and teacher of dot mandala painting. My dot mandalas are unique, created slowly and mindfully with acrylic paint, a magnifying light, dotting tools, paint brushes, and embossing needles. I love the process of transforming beach rocks, as well as upcycled and functional materials, into one-of-a-kind works of art. My approach to my artwork and teaching is informed by my training as an art therapist, yoga teacher and mindfulness-based meditation instructor.
