Policies & Forms
After registering, please send in your child's Emergency & First Aid Form and a copy of their latest immunization record. We ask that forms be sent in 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp week for which the child is enrolled.
Important: Authorization to Administer Medication
You must complete this form for any prescription medication to be administered to your child at camp, including inhalers and epi-pens (even if self-administered)! Depending on the medication, it may require approval from our Health Care Consultant.
Please return this form as soon as possible!
Limited Scholarships are available, based on financial need. More information is available in the Scholarship Application. Scholarship assistance is supported in part by Winchester Savings Bank and the Ali Family. Please consider donating to ACA's scholarship fund!
