Policies, Forms, & Camp Handbook

Policies & Forms:

Below, you'll find our policies and procedures for our Vacation Arts Camp programs. Please read on for our full digital & interactive 2024 Camp Parent & Guardian Handbook (also available here).

Camp Forms/Emergency & Medical Info:

Enrollees must complete and return their ACA Camp Form (which contains emergency contact and medical information), as well as a copy of the child’s latest immunization record, before any child may attend our camp programs.

Important Note: All required paperwork (as mandated by ACA's camp license) must be submitted 2 weeks or more before the start of the program for which your camper is enrolled. Failure to submit the required camp paperwork before the 2-week deadline will automatically trigger the cancellation of your registration and forfeit of tuition paid as outlined in our standard camp cancellation policy (found below). No refunds or credits will be given in these circumstances.
