Camp Forms/Emergency & Medical Info:
Enrollees must complete and return their ACA Camp Form (which contains emergency contact and medical information), as well as a copy of the child’s latest immunization record, before any child may attend our camp programs.

Important Note: All required paperwork (as mandated by ACA's camp license) must be submitted 2 weeks or more before the start of the program for which your camper is enrolled. Failure to submit the required camp paperwork before the 2-week deadline will automatically trigger the cancellation of your registration and forfeit of tuition paid as outlined in our standard camp cancellation policy (found below). No refunds or credits will be given in these circumstances.

Health and Safety
Based on current guidance from the Town of Arlington Board of Health and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Arlington Center for the Arts (ACA) does not require masks for participation in our programs, including classes, camps, exhibits, performances, and events. ACA’s top priority remains the health and safety of our community. We encourage people who want to mask to do so. We ask that program participants respect one another's decisions about masking; should you have any concerns, please direct them to ACA's staff.
To help protect our creative community here at ACA, we ask that you please stay home if you are not feeling well, including if you have symptoms like a fever of 100.4 or greater, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, sore throat or other respiratory symptoms. For more information, please visit MA Dept of Health's website.
