If possible, classes cancelled due to teacher absence or weather will be made up at the end of the term, or at a mutually agreed upon time.

ACA programs are sometimes videotaped or photographed for publicity in catalogs, newspapers, and online. Permission to be included in publicity is implied by enrollment. Please contact the office in writing if you do not wish to be included in publicity.
Modifications & Accommodations:
Students or parents must notify the office about any medical conditions, allergies, learning styles, social needs, or other special circumstances that might impact a student's participation or enjoyment. ACA is committed to making all reasonable accommodations for participants.
Clay Work Pick-Up:
Many of our clay and ceramics classes will require art pick-up following the end of the class or workshop, so that the work can be fired. We ask that students pick up any clay work within two weeks of their work being fired. ACA is not responsible for any clay work that has not been picked up within these two weeks.
Limited Scholarships are available, based on financial need. More information is available in the Scholarship Application. Scholarship assistance is supported in part by Watertown Savings Bank, Winchester Savings Bank, and by individual contributions. Please consider donating to ACA's scholarship fund!
