Space Rental

ACA has spaces available throughout our facility that community members can rent for a variety of uses! We charge an hourly fee for the use of our spaces and have a range of furniture pieces and audio/video tools available for use in these spaces.

 

Whatever event or meeting you may have, we likely have a space to accommodate your needs!

Shaira Ali Gallery + Performance Space Rental

Arlington Center for the Arts rents our Shaira Ali Gallery + Performance Space for visual & performing arts related activities as well as community events.

 

ACA Gallery Rental Information

  • Capacity: Space holds up to 50 people

  • ACA can provide up to 50 folding chairs (non-fixed) and a limited number of tables.

  • Two gender-neutral restrooms nearby

  • Building has a free public parking lot as well as 4-hr street parking 

  • Rental Rate is $50 per hour (plus fees for use of projectors/AV technology, and staff coverage)

  • Kitchen space available with a small refrigerator, sink, coffee pot, and kettle for hot water

  • Gallery Floor Plan

  • Please note: No alcohol is permitted on premises unless the renter obtains a liquor permit from the Town of Arlington and acquires a bartender to serve alcohol. Non-alcohol drink & food is acceptable. Renter is also responsible for possessing or obtaining liability Insurance for public events.

Classroom Rental

Arlington Center for the Arts rents our Classroom Spaces for visual & performing arts related activities as well as community events.

 

ACA Classroom Rental Information

  • Capacity: Space holds up to 20 people

  • ACA will provide folding chairs (non-fixed), easels, a whiteboard, and a limitednumber of tables.

  • Gender-neutral restrooms available

  • Building has a free public parking lot as well as 4-hr street parking

  • Rental Rate is $50 per hour (plus fees for use of projectors/AV technology, and staffcoverage)

  • Each classroom comes equipped with a sink
