COVID-19 Updates for ACA's Summer Vacation Arts Camps

PLEASE NOTE: Please be sure to consult our COVID-19 Updates page for important information regarding our camp structure, health and safety policies, etc. Please also make sure to check out our Parent/Guardian Handbook.

ACA requires proof of full COVID vaccination for all eligible camp participants (ages 5 and above). We request that proof of vaccination be submitted along with campers' required First Aid & Emergency Contact paperwork (which can be found at our Camp Policies page), and no later than one week before the start of the camp program for which your child is enrolled.

Alternatively, for any campers who are unvaccinated, a parent/guardian must notify ACA in writing (at info@acarts.org) that their child is unvaccinated prior to the start of the program for which their child is enrolled. A parent/guardian  must also test their child with a rapid COVID test each morning before they attend camp.

Should participants fail to provide proof of vaccination or notify us in writing about the full week rapid test option by the start of their particular camp program, they will not be permitted to join ACA's camp programs and ACA's standard camp cancellation policy will go into effect (which can be found at our https://www.acarts.org/camp-policies).

In addition, ACA has instituted a pre-camp rapid test policy for all staff and campers. All attendees (regardless of vaccination status) are required to take a rapid test the morning before the start of camp for each week they are enrolled.

** ACA continues to closely monitor developments regarding COVID-19 protocols and practices. Should local and state policies prohibit in-person programming, ACA will offer virtual camp programs in place of in-person programs. If this should occur, ACA staff will contact camp registrants to alert them of the changes and to make accommodations as needed.
