2021 SUMMER ARTS CAMPS

Arlington Center for the Arts offers a variety of fun, dynamic programs for children in grades 1-10. ACA is so excited to once again offer fun, engaging and inclusive camp programs, in a safe and welcoming environment for children looking to play and create all week!

 

During our 2021 summer camp season, we will be offering three of our beloved camp programs: Vacation Arts Camp, Art Academy and our Teen Studio programBelow, you can find more info about our 2021 summer arts camps, including an important information on Covid-19 procedures and policies from our camp team. 

COVID-19 Updates for ACA's Summer Vacation Arts Camps

Here at ACA, our staff has been paying close attention to the recent updates regarding COVID-related protocols from both the CDC and Gov. Baker for individuals who have been vaccinated. As such, our camp team wanted to reaffirm that, for the 2021 summer season, our camps will abide by the following policies to protect the safety of our campers and staff

  • Students and staff will wear masks whenever inside the camp facility (barring meal times) 

  • ACA staff will promote social distancing both in the classrooms and throughout the building, whenever possible 

  • Parent/Guardians/Authorized Pick-Up Persons should wear masks whenever dropping off/picking up students outside of the camp facility

  • Parents/guardians/visitors will not be permitted to enter the camp facility during the summer season

  • Campers who are experiencing symptoms and/or have a household member who is experiencing symptoms will be required to remain at home

- ABOUT OUR 2021 PROGRAMS -

Vacation Arts Camp | Location: St Paul's Church 

For children entering grades 1-6A full day of art, music, drama and outdoor fun and games, with a new theme every week. June 28 - September 3. 

Details & Sample ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8:45 am - 4:30 pm

Art Academy | Location: Arlington Center for the Arts

For children entering grades 3-6. ACA’s Art Academy will allow campers interested in the visual arts to explore and create elevated, in-depth and surprising art projects, in a variety of fun & unique mediums. June 28 - September 3.

Monday - Friday, 8:45 - 4:30 pm

Teen Art Studios | Location: Arlington Center for the Arts

For teens entering grades 6-10. A challenging and inspiring art class focusing on a new medium each week. Please note: Ceramic sessions also be available with morning and afternoon sessions. June 28 - September 3. 

Monday - Friday, AM session: 9:00am-12:00pm & PM session: 1:30-4:30 pm
