I have been creating from a very young age. My grandmother and friends met every Tuesday to explore new mediums and crafts, from hooking and braiding rugs to decoupage and beading. I was invited to join them. I studied theatre and spent a lot of time working in the costume shop where many of these skills were so useful. I’ve continued my grandmother’s tradition and host Craft Night every Wednesday evening. My works can be found in my gallery, Handworks, located in Acton.
