I am a woodturner. I work with locally sourced wood (mainly New England native or from the Arboretum in Jamaica Plain). I also love spalted wood. I try to reveal the natural beauty of the different woods and by adding some texturing, I try enhance the beauty of the woods, still making pieces that are usable in the kitchen or decorative pieces.
